It is going tits up all over the place at the minute! Not intended as a pun, but kinda works for women's rugby 7s!

 

He probably should have trained with the GB team instead of by himself in his own gym.

 

Even if he had stayed on, GB would have still come 4th

 

Although how the Russian only got 0.1 deduction for stepping 10 metres outside the square on the last floor routine, I'll never know.

 

Just like in 2012...we got a bronze because the team that got silver weren't penalized for a poor dismount. Not that I'm bitter.

Good competition though and the GB boys did well.

 

Wonderful entertainment last night watching 3 sports I would never bother with. It must be proof that there are many ways to pursue a sporting career outside football.

 

Wow!! Australia's women's rugby sevens are just outstanding. I just love the way they offload in the midfield before flinging the ball out wide to send in their express runners in for a try. NZ, even with Woodman were staring defeat in the face as soon as Oz got over for their first score.
