Been a while since Stick and Top hit stride in tandem- I think Nathaniel was winning King Georges and Frankel had yet to become a 10f horse the last time <laugh>

I've grabbed a slice of the 30s on the exchange for the lovely old man that is KINSGATE NATIVE here at Notts.

He will be considered for retirement if he runs poorly again so I've had a sentimental bet on him. He has bounced back to form out of the blue before and it's not the strongest race- HAY CHEWD and KING OF ROOKS could set this up for him with a blistering speed from the gate, but it is a leap of faith.

Well done Toppy for Kingsgate, love that horse back it everytime it runs no matter what it's running in. Was gutted to read today that this was supposed to be his last race unless he won. No need to worry now the old lad wants to keep going
