Does anyone think that we are not hearing anything about M'Vila because they want to announce it at the same time as they sell off Kone on the cheap. They probably think it will make it all ok. Commenters on here have given loads of reasons why it would be pathetic to sell Kone. Don't SAFC understand these reasons we can all see so obviously. We might make a few million on this one sale but in reality, what will the true cost be to our club? Relegation? Not to mention pissing off us fans and probable lower season ticket and game ticket sales.
Now ive heard it all. Relegation before the season starts on the back of a player for 4 months. This is getting pathetic now ffs.
****ing hell. I hope to god this sell on clause is just gossip. Otherwise we're going to be bent over and ****ed.
Everton have agreed a deal with Crystal Palace for winger Yannick Bolasie for a fee that could rise to £30m, according to Sky sources. Ffs these ****ers are busy today
To be fair we're in a relegation fight every single season and yet again our squad starts weaker than the last ended. Could easily be our year. Moyes is a good manager but the lack of depth and quality in the ranks as it stands, we've got an uphill struggle imo unless we start getting what we need through the door. Worth a reminder of our present playing squad. Goalkeepers 13Pickford 25Mannone Defenders Jones van Aanholt Kaboul O'Shea Koné Djilobodji Midfielders Cattermole Larsson Rodwell Jordi Gómez Khazri Kirchhoff Mavrias Bridcutt Forwards Borini Lens Defoe Watmore That's a 20 man squad with it's full depth. Of those 20, 4 aren't good enough for the league(Bridcut,Mavrias,Gomez and Jones) and 3 which we should be moving on but now need because we're thin on the ground(Rodwell, Larsson and O'Shea) So I count a 13 man squad of adequate players and two are keepers. IMO we're in awful state.
Ssn saying Everton have agreed a 30m fee for Bolasie. I wonder if that means Mirallas will become available?
Doubling the money barely makes up this season's inflation mate. Reality would be we make 2 or 3 million off an 18m deal.
Aye, but what boils my piss is that we are even thinking about selling him. We've just had the biggest windfall in the clubs history (£100m+ from Sky) and we are contemplating selling one of our best players????? ****ing baffled mate.
I couldnt really give a flying one about any Everton player, except maybe Lukaku and even he is a temperamental tw*t, so if Kone is sold I hope Ellis dies a slow f*cking painful b*stard death. Maybe thats a bit harsh. In fact it is harsh. I hope the c*nt dies in the next few minutes. He is just Bob Murray reincarnated. What happened to all this I have ambition for the club and all that sh*te. If we dont sell Kone and all this is b*llocks, sorry Elli baby.
