Pogba to united official. £89m... Crazy. Good player and will no doubt improve them though.

Not for me.

Mhkitarian, great signing for them, top player. Ibrahimovic is a good signing too, I think he will score a fair few for them. Pogba, not so much, he has nothing on the likes of a Scholes or similar, but now the most expensive player ever, just don't see it myself.

Looks like Higuain got a transfer bonus in burger king vouchers...

Be well pissed off if I'd paid 75m for this lol

It puts that £89m they receive into context, doesn't it? Clubs rarely spend their windfalls wisely. <whistle>

I think that once they've (the mancs) identified the player will improve their current best 11 and is worth at least £50-60m, then they were always going to go for it even at £100m+. We took gambles on benteke and Balo at £50m (combined). Why take a gamble at £50m when you can have a finish article at £100m?

Last week Martin Odegaard was desperate for a loan offer from Liverpool .
This week there's an 'offer on the table'.
That of course, is all according to the Spanish press, with Marca reporting this weekend that the Reds are ready to take the Norwegian starlet on loan.
Last week, AS reported that Odegaard was available on loan and that Liverpool was the player's preferred destination.
But this week Marca say he would prefer to move to the Bundesliga.
Make your mind up, Martin!

He knows.... he knows that private jet trip to the bernebau probably ****ed his career. Nobody at real wants him. He was a vanity signing to show all the best talents to to madrid. Hes rotting in the reserves now and wants out.

There is nobody taking him on loan to develop another clubs player.... not at his age and certainly not liverpool... Levekusen i doubt too.

It is agent and player vanity that is linking to us and he needs to go to a much smaller club to get a game.

Disregard price for a moment, Pogba is a brilliant player.

United will have a very strong spine this year.

Exactly. Mourinho has targetted that central area and hes improved them hugely.

De gea
Bailly smalling
Pogba
Mkhitaryan
Ibrahimovic.

Now all he needs to do is injure rooney so he can get shut and play Mkhitaryan as no 10. Lingard and martial wide it seems and a carrick or herrera in there beside pogba.

Basically already they are title cobtenders with a top player in very line. All it took as money and decisive action.

In recent years Utd lacked presence and a spine.

They've now got a spine of.

De Gea
Bally
Pogba
Mhkitarian
Ibrahimovic

That's not just a very good spine, it's a strong spine with shed loads of presence.

If Mourinho doesn't have a meltdown they look like they're quite capable of winning the PL now.
