This was the first post mentioning any sort of bet about the number of goals he would score. Does that say goals in all comps or does it say PL goals? (Lower case pl because I was on my phone, granted). When do I get my apologies?
You asked for the first post to do with the bet. The post you replied to referenced the '5 goals by Christmas' in the post I quoted above, and then extended to '7 goals for the season'. As the '5 goals by Christmas' was 5 PL goals (see again post I just quoted), pretty clear that 7 goals for the season was also referring to PL goals. You interpreted differently for whatever reason.

Pinky promise this is the last I'll say on this because I couldn't help myself with the stupidity of this comment. If you walk into a bookmaker, and he's talking to someone in front of you in the queue, and that person asks for odds for Ibra to score 5 league goals by Christmas, and then they turn to you and say, "But if you want goals for the season I'll give you over/unders on 7", the discussion is clearly centred around the league. Anyway Brucebones has it correct so that's the end of it.
You're wrong about Mourinho and the charity shield Syd, he alway's counts it as a trophy when he lists the silverware that he's won, he is in a minority though.

And suddenly the world makes sense again. I think it was a severe case of "he's been linked with us therefore he must be good" syndrome. I think league 1 is a bit harsh but I can see him going somewhere like Wigan or Fulham.
