I'm a massive fan of bony but IMO I'm more excited about Baston.

Llorente was good today, especially as he's been a swansea player for less than 24 hours when he started.

Today for me the best player in the pitch was Barrow. He's going to be class this season. I also think Llorente would have scored if Barrow and montero started.

Fernando Llorente requested to play against Stade Rennais less than 24 hours after completing his move to Swansea, manager Francesco Guidolin has revealed.

The veteran Spanish striker signed for the Swans from Sevilla on Friday and then impressed over 60 minutes in a 1-0 win against the French side on Saturday.

Guidolin insists the 31-year-old has arrived in the Premier League with massive motivation to succeed and was pleased with that he saw from Llorente at the Liberty Stadium.

The Italian manager said: "Fernando asked me yesterday if he could play 30 or 45 minutes. I asked him if it was possible to play longer and he said 'yes', so I chose him to begin the game.

I'm already a fan and with that attitude and obvious ability I'm felling optimistic about the coming season now.

He hasn't come over here to pick up a final payday judging by that attitude. Great to hear that from Guido <ok>

Would have only wanted Bony as a last resort We have signed a player with more experience in his little finger than what Bony will ever achieve..... Hope we spend all next week practising our finishing skills and if we get that right we will be a handful for any team....

35 for Ayew and Williams .
15 for Baston , 7 for Llorente , 6.5 million for a new CB , 4.5 for Fer , 2 million for Van Der Hoorn = 35 .
Done dealy ...nothing left but sawdust , " The Swansea Way " .
PS. collect 8 million from Man City , unless they wanna make a deal Then we will actually have to put in 5 with the 8 they owe us to get Bony .
Is the only reason the Bony money was payed in stages was that" Fair money thing " so they wouldn't go over there limit each season ?

Man city owe us nothing...Bony never made enough appearances for them.. £8m is loose change for them if they owed us.....
