It's time, Billy. There's no magic formula for this, although we probably all wish there was. After a couple of months, you will be as right as rain. It wont feel like that now, but it will pass, you still have your kids.

Just watching a bit Joe Bonamassa and not learning to play the guitar is a big regret of mine. I can strum a few chords but wished I had learned properly.

Funny that, mate. I've been thinking about learning to play lately, as I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere and need to take up a new hobby.
