On a personal note, I find Lewis frustrating. I rate him as pound for pound the best, but for someone who has everything (F1 wise) I think he is a right winge bag. What frustrates me even more, is that even though I don't support him I can only marvel at some of things he does on a racetrack! So technically I'm a closet fan.

Everyone who likes a good race should like Lewis but he is that total whiners and a bit of a hypocrite in that he does everything he whines about.

Like the whine about engines.... I was.. ah come on, I know what's going to happen and so does everyone else....

I'm hoping we see a good start here and may best man win.

I also want to see far less brundle and hills fan show and more Anthony Davidson. Davidson is the best thing on sky imo.

I just want an entertaining race and let best guy win.

That's why ferrari are a disappointment, red Bull are encouraging but Mercedes have done their job and it's now a bit of a dull thing.

The laws and mind changing are far more annoying than Hamilton.

Rules are far from perfect, there's no denying that. However, I think one of the biggest problems is that the driver who has benefitted the most from these rules is a driver who polarises the fans like no one else. Has there ever been a driver to split opinion quite like Hamilton? Maybe it's this era, an era of click bait articles and keyboard warriors. It becomes less about the racing and more about the fallout.

I dunno about that. Rosberg benefitted last race. Hamilton got away with murder imo this race to even it up.

They've now changed track limits for today.... again... this is far more annoying than anything else. Stop making it up.

I knew Lewis was top bracket at McLaren and now he's had a Vettel-esque dominant car he has proved it and become a Triple World Champ.

He is a supremely quick racing driver and if you are arguing against that I'm afraid you're simply defying logic and listening to emotion. He frustrates me as much as anyone and annoys me with his bullshit Americanisms that have taken over in the media interviews and his whining with Rosberg. But he's a worthy champion and even when McClaren (and Merc) were not quite the quickest car, he was able to extract speed.

The sad part for me in these past few years is just how much it's machine over man. We have Vettel, Alonso, Ricciardo all looking supremely quick still against their teammates but none able to land a blow on a Merc which is in a race of its own. So we aren't getting the battles that we should, and that's the saddest part.

Yeah... I can totally get that. It just when some go completely off the deep over the smallest things that baffles me.

Anyway... here's to a good race. Hopefully. :)

This has now settled down after the initial panicked rosberg attacks and now this is already getting tyre ****ing management massages so it's now a stupid procession.

Total and utter rubbish f1 again.

Might have got a bit of a back and forth and radios come on and say don't Race

Radio 5 live are saying it was instructions ref to fuel conservation .

So many crap starts form the Mercs this season. You'd think they'd have got to the bottom of that by now.

Yes. Hamilton seems to have anyway. He's taken the wins from it.

The redbulls have gotten closer to them on grid and have jumped rosberg twice now.

Fuel and tyres, sky said it was tyres to ensure 2 stop not 3.

Hamilton has this one won I reckon. Only a big mechanical issue stops it.

Rosberg's job is to pass both red bulls in stops.

One hopes for a small bit of racing somewhere in the afternoon.

Hamilton was having a mare with the starts early in the season. And even now it looks like the second row always stand a chance of a stab at them even with a good start.
