....... has died.

I posted a while back and so get the odd alert which prompts me to take a look and, occasionally, post.

When I go on there it's actually quite sad to see what was once quite a lively board stuck in a pathetic time warp.
The same dreary shyte about Chinos, beeling and what's going on here, just as it always is these days.
Any Sunderland comments are met with 'Oh he's chomping lads', as if they're talking to people ........ in reality there's usually no one there.

Most of the threads are like summat from a 70's teen mag .............. 'What's your favourite colour/meal/position'.

Why has it become so pathetic when it was once a decent place for some banter & fun?

I looked on there tonight and outside the top 10 threads it's from last Thursday backwards.

2 of the top 10 concern Sunderland despite the inevitable claims that Sunderland are of no interest.

They've also started calling Sunderland supporters 'tramps' despite many Geordies being SAFC.

It's all very poor tbh.

Aye Smug, those Darlo/Teeside? Chester le Street and all the Keegan Babies forget about the Shields, Jarrow. Hebburn, Gateshead Tyneside Geordies who support the most successful team in the region. They are a joke man.

Well and truly dead. The mags have genuinely tricked themselves into being optimistic about the future on twitter as deluded as it is they have. They've also sold a **** load of season tickets. So that board dying has nowt to do with football imo.

That was ages ago. You lost a large chunk but still a sizeble group of members remained. When the glowing thread was going there was still loads of members.The last year have seen the remainder dwindle to the point there's threads on the front page over two weeks old. Can't just lump it all on general chat, something has scared the other half off too.

IMO it was the 'cliqueyness' and tedious predictability of the 'banter' than forced a lot to think it was just for a little group.

The threads where the same drivel was repeated over and over, were infantile.

Sadly, they can't handle real banter and always start with the childish personal stuff they think bothers people, in reality it's pathetic.

I'd rather it was thriving, some of the lads were good crack but the clique has destroyed it imo.

I don't think I've ever seen him post one thing that was original or genuinely funny.

It's just the same stuff over and over ......... since the Supermods took his tags away he seems to have given up trying.
