It's amazing how the same brexiteers who were crying about British jobs for British workers before the referendum are now sticking two fingers up to any Brit who's about to lose theirs now.

One by one every argument is being shown for the sham it was. Scum.

Is it me or does Kustard sound more and more like UIR with every post? Except his bare-faced delusion isn't about Van Gaal but with brexit!

They're getting defensive as they're realising they were simple minded enough to buy into a pack of lies. The scary foreigners haven't been deported and British companies are laying off British staff. Oops!

All the major consequences are what's called 'laggers' - lagging indicators, or statistics. In other words, it takes time for things like a decline in GDP to feed through. But, it's coming and no mistake. Inflation too will rise, and at some point the BOE will have to decide between giving a certain leeway, or risking further damage to an already declining economy by raising rates.

Those who think one month after the vote that everythings's fine are in for a shock.

Britain will be 'greater' without you leeches clinging onto our shirt tails and dragging us down.

Put away the begging bowl, learn to stand on your own two feet and get some self respect. Your constant wheedling and whining is embarrassing!

Custard does appear to have the knack of getting under your skin<laugh>.
I find his posts go from mildly amusing to downright scary, but on this occasion I will back him up.
Lloyds bank announced these closures before the referendum result, but because they mentioned Brexit, you lot are all over it like a rash. Lloyds bank has about as much credibility in the financial world as the daily mail has in the world of fine journalism!!
The reality is that, as more people are using online banking services, it was inevitable that high street banks would suffer. As you have constantly ridiculed the Brexit voters (the great unwashed) for somehow not being on the same intellectual level as the Remain voters, they are probably not the people that generally use the Internet for anything (I've yet to find a site that trade with milk vouchers!!), let alone banking (this bits tongue in cheek, by the way), so maybe on this occasion, people who voted to remain, (you know, the vastly superior, forward thinking, highly successful, only voice that matters etc. etc.) may have played a part in Lloyds decision.
If your angry over job losses Treble, why not vent your spleen at the BHS fiasco. Almost 4 times as many job losses, but as the result of greed, not Brexit.

"Taylor Wimpey has shrugged off Britain’s decision to leave the EU, saying that one month after the vote trading was normal for this time of year."

Despite its pre-referendum warnings about the consequences of Brexit,GlaxoSmithKline has decided to invest an extra £275m at three British manufacturing sites, signalling its confidence in the UK after the vote to leave the EU.

"While there were big losses, particularly to banks and property companies through the weeks after the vote, one month on, the FTSE 100 has reached new highs, the FTSE 250 has recovered, the banking sector has not seen a capital flight to match expectations, and the Bank’s Capital Buffers and liquidity measures acted as stabilisers anyway. "

More than 50,000 people took an exclusive poll by Express.co.uk last week which asked: “One month on from the EU referendum, how do you feel?”The results were decisive, with 71 per cent of people saying they felt “hopeful and positive”, while just 19 per cent were “fearful and concerned” and ten per cent “uncertain."

Other than those still in work, since Brexit there have been 1.36 million jobs uploaded to job boards since the referendum with almost a third of which being new roles. Even though the job market felt the uncertainty with a fall of 700,000 adverts the week after Brexit the amount of brand jobs now being uploaded easily outweighs that drop in adverts. So it seems the recruitment industry hasn’t suffered greatly from the effects of Brexit!"

The CLA (www.cla.org.uk) view Brexit as the biggest opportunity to make positive changes to the UK’s rural economy in over four decades and they are working with the Government to put in place a framework for success in creating new opportunities for trade outside of the EU.

One of the more positive outcomes of the glorious Brexit win could be that we see the scroungers and wasters start to spend less, save more and pay down some of the debt they have accrued.

    With change comes opportunity!

And the remainers keep sticking two fingers up at democracy, and all the people and communities that suffered through being in the EU.

Beneficial Chaos: the Good News About Brexit
    http://www.counterpunch.org/2016/07/01/beneficial-chaos-the-good-news-about-brexit/

"While David Cameron and Barack Obama and the New York Timesand the BBC all sneered at anyone who thought of leaving, ordinary citizens kept their own counsel. They watched as EU rules precluded deficit spending and created an austerity hell for the British people. Under American pressure the EU expanded its membership to include poorer countries whose people then had a right to immigrate to more prosperous countries like the UK. This race to the bottom for workers was not just the concern of xenophobes and racists but of people whose living wage jobs disappear."

"The media reaction to the vote is proof of how much the establishment want to stay within the bounds of the neo-liberal project. Voters who chose the Brexit route have been labeled as stupid, and we are told that 17 million people didn’t know what they were doing. Every instance of hate speech and hate crime is now blamed on the Brexit vote, as if there was an absence of racism and intolerance before."

A good read for those that don't refuse to see...

There's still no shortage of deluded drivel from right wing websites, and of course The Mail and The Express, for Fuxit voters to quote. This denial of reality is pretty ingrained and will continue for some time. In the meantime all the indicators are that the economy is about to take a big hit, with the worst hit areas likely to be the very areas of the UK which voted overwhelmingly to leave the EU.

In the meantime, we haven't left anything yet. That's bound to please all the racist inbreds who voted to send the Poles home. And where's that £350mill for the NHS?

    I know what was said about it, the very morning of the result;

"What, that? We didn't really mean it. It was a mistake actually."

    WELCOME TO MUSLIMS FOR BRITAIN!
Press Release on Winning the Referendum on Britain’s Membership of the European Union

On the June 23rd, we witnessed what we believe was one of the greatest acts of democracy in our nation’s history. Muslims for Britain welcomes the decision of the British people to leave the European Union.

We are proud of the spirited and passionate case Muslims for Britain supporters and activists made from across the country. We thank them for the hundreds of hours of campaigning they did over the last few months. We worked together taking our optimistic and hopeful message: from house to house, neighbourhood to neighbourhood and city to city. We particularly welcome the results in the following areas where we had strong representation: Bradford, Dewsbury, Sheffield, Bury, Pendle, Birmingham, Coventry, Walsall, Worcester, Nottingham, Derby, High Wycombe, and Woking.

    https://muslimsforbritainorg.wordpress.com/

This article highlights the reasons why Muslims should vote to leave the EU in the referendum held on the 23rd June.
