Sky Sports last night, said we were looking for a head coach, rather than a manager, as the board would be responsible for transfers.

I didn't see it, but it's what was posted earlier in this thread.

I didn't see the Sky thing, so I don't know exactly what was said, but Sky were obviously here yesterday for the kit/sponsor launch, so presumably it's something they've picked up from us. Phelan said after the game on Saturday, that we were looking at signings but he'd had nothing to do with them, Ehab was handling it all.

Be surprised if we are sold. The only chance of that is a sustained hate campaign by us supporters which might get to them eventually. Another season of anti Allam just might get through their thick skins. Well one might live in hope but this 3 year sponsorship deal would rather put them selling club in doubt as I would of thought a new owner would wish for their own deal. TWT.

If we appoint what most people consider a decent manager and then he gets to bring in a handful of decent signings, then the clapping fish will forget everything that has happened this far and it'll be 'what hate campaign?'.
