I gave my reasons earlier, due to a site glitch, that's why the circumstances are different compared to other occasions. But it makes no difference now I've had a second request. He is banned.
Well, well, 42 posts on the DT on a Monday, even though many are on an unsavoury subject. The possibe banning of any member is a bad business IMHO. The warning was fair and reasonable. Again 42 posts, now 43? Stand by and take cover, I might even start putting up selections again! No, I promise I'll think about it, don't worry!
Just wanted to say a belated big thanks to Chelsea for Librisa Breeze on Saturday. This is the first chance I've had to post a reply. I doubled it up by keeping the faith with the Nortonizer who cruised home on Kimbrella at York. My best day since the last time I acted on a stonking Chelsea tip, last years Ebor. I was a very happy chappy, as were many more, after reading back, and that's all I need to dwell on. Now I need to find out how to replace my phone, the screen is well and truly knackered. Should always make it safe before putting my little one's in the car; falling out of pockets on to the drive does tend to result in a bit of a smash. May just buy a replacement, too much hassle to call a service desk ....
This one went from 7s into 7/2 last night in a matter of minutes Don so someone defo knows something!Shark gambles do come with a health warning though!
Just one or two for me at Galway today: 5:45 - Beckwith Star & Shake The Bucket both 12/1 singles and reverse forecast 6:50 - Zebgrey 8/1 Win 7:20 - Ted Veale 10/1 Win & Poitin 33/1 EW reverse forecast aswell
Overall, it's pretty poor stuff today but one interesting runner to catch my eye at Wolves is MR LANDO (7.40). Made his debut for Johnny Farrelly last week over hurdles at Newton Abbot where he finished a respectable 4th (having led for quite some way). Instead of returning back to NA today, connections, instead make the switch to the all-weather and throw the blinkers on. His mark in this sphere doesn't look too bad and he could be worth an e/w punt.
Cor blimey, you types, what’s going on?!? Without my calming influence on the forum old girl ‘Anna Key’ seems to have put in an unwanted appearance. Deep breaths now and calm down, dears! One thing that I’ve noticed in the past couple of weeks is the horrendous ‘jostling for position’ that seems to be in existence here these days. And while on the subject of forum etiquette personally I can see nothing wrong with a WUM providing they behave in a courteous and mannerly way. I’ve said many times that what this forum has always lacked is the continual presence of a WUM – I’ve done a few threads in such a style – and if things are said in a friendly, tongue in cheek way this style of writing really does have no malice or present any problems whatsoever. Back to the old gee-gees and what did we think of Fair Eva??? In my opinion our sports next superstar. And any early opinions on Gooders??? There doesn’t appear anything ‘county set’ wise but there may be one for the ‘Stewards Cup’ at the end of the week. Good luck…and calm down!
First bet of the Galway Festival for me is Dixie Highway 10/1 in the 5.45. He has been in great form since getting good ground with form figures of 211.He has been kept fresh with a couple of runs on the flat.
3:20 Newton Abbot - Zarzal 10/1 looks a decent price for a horse that's definitely capable and if putting its best foot forward today could look a good bet
She’s finally started delivering (albeit at a much lower level than originally anticipated) but I don’t know if the old girl is one that you’d want to trust implicitly. Is 2/4 this calendar year and connections have seemingly found a very winnable contest this afternoon, at God’s own racecourse, to add to that tally. I don’t think I’d want to get involved at around the 2’s mark this afternoon though. Good luck to the old girl though and I hope she obliges. Mr Henderson’s got one in at Gooders on Wednesday, people. Will there be a better sight on the Downs this week than the great man in his Panama?!?
With a capital D Patsys Castle at 8s, 4.55 Newton Abott. Risky opposing Kerry Lee/Jamie Moore chasers but this one seems to be on a competive mark if it can translate it's hurdles form to the bigger obstacles. Good luck all.
"Cor blimey" (and I am a Londoner, and I would never say that normally), you are honest, Sir Barney, and a gentleman too!
Few I fancy today although I have sponged Beefy's one for later. 4.40 Ayr EASTERN DRAGON 5/2 to place 3.05 Ayr DARK COMMAND 2/1 win 4.55 NA PRESENT ACCEPTED 11/4 and EVS to place.
Had a wee look at the rp at lunch and this is what I'm on at Galway 5.45 Stormy 14s Ew 7.20 Benkei/Weather Watch 10s 7.50 Baliyka win 11/4 (Nap)
4 25 Uttoxeter - Lava Lamp Really think the old boy will get back to winning ways today, much easier race, 18/1 is a stonking price, and i always keep backing it until it wins. Longest wait for a while hopefully end today Really fancy the shrewd horse B.Ellison sends to Galway in the Ted Veale race too
No problem at all Simon mate, pleasure is all mine, just love being able to help people with some winners, still think Heis was the star of saturday with that juicy 12/1 Get Knotted. And nothing pisses me off more than when one loses, not for me but for everyone else, but obviously some will lose, because you might be told one thing from your connections but another people could have connections with the exact same scenario too ( well in etc ). And also most of them are generally double figures. As i said the other week though, as long as we're in a healthy profit overall that will do me and we're all in this together and think its about +85-90 to a £1 level stake for this year which is why i didn't understand that prick fusion getting all shirty.
