It's hardly relevant who has won the Dutch league and how many times. My point was the standard is crap now, hardly any of the Dutch squad currently play in their domestic league, because it's frankly not very good. Like the league of Wales on a more exaggerated basis, if you want a more realistic view look at the SPL.

Celtic have won the title 5 consecutive years on the spin. It doesn't make the league a decent standard.

Back to the original point - Steve McClaren hasn't achieved anything of note in the UK he was **** at Newcastle, **** at Derby, even ****ter at Forest. I'm confident he'd also be **** here.
