Homemade is best;
Skinless chicken breast marinated with olive oil, pressed with garlic pieces and covered in chicken seasoning, oven bake in foil, succulent. Extras can add zucchini, cipolla, peperoni dolci in the foil tray/wrap with the chicken - also can add pomodori later in the cooking - for something more substantial have with pasta

The bird does baked chicken fillets wrapped with bacon smothered in green pesto and olives and grated cheese on top. Is nice.
Good old fashioned roast chicken for me.
Honourable mention goes to KFC but only once in a while, any sort of curry or Chinese, BBQ wings too.
I'd recommend the roast in a bag sachets too, leaves your breasts juicy and full of flavor.
