Sad to read that Midnight Legend has had to be put down after a colic attack. One of the great NH sires of recent times, his progeny will ensure his "Legend" lives on. RIP <rose>

Mrs Windsor should have her first 2yo winner today at Ffos Las. However Maths Prize's trainer Charlton isn't overenthusiastic about his charge's chances as he says Prerogative with a rating of 85 will take a lot of beating. Maybe it's just Charlton. Maths Prize is Evens and Prerogative at about 3s.

Just the one definite at the mo, for me.
Lucky Violet, 2.15 at Musselburgh. That lovely phrase, "upped in trip for handicap debut".

I also like Yorkee Mo Sabee in the 3.00 at Ffos Las, but not sure I like it enough to part with any cash.

Good Luck.

Still green but won almost hands and heels with Prerogative back in 3rd If that one is a true 85 then Maths Prize must be at 90+. If he can keep learning and improving one would think a bigger race at York or Sandown is in the offing.

Sod this bloody heat. Unbearable, which is why I'm indoors now posting this

I was speaking to Michael Attwater on the phone today (not the forums highest rated trainer) mainly because he was telling me about how Buzz' operation went today. For your information Ron, he reckons the bigger the bollocks the more likely you are to see significant improvement. Several on here then that could probably improve considerably.
He was also telling me that Pal Of The Cat shattered a Pastern at Windsor last night poor lad. He hadn't had him long but was still quite upset about losing one and remarked how lucky he has been.
Post conversation it dawned on me that he was hands free and driving which can only mean that he was off to see MONUMENTAL MAN at Chelmsford this evening. Those that know Michael know that he gets a nose bleed travelling further than Kempton Park so he must really fancy the nag tonight. 18/1 looks a damn good ew price.

Will have a few quid ew especially when Sportinglife forecast him at 7/2.
