Absolutely - Portugal are there for the taking based on their performances so far, particularly with Ronaldo almost certain to be more focused on getting one over on Bale than actually winning the match.

After that, unless Iceland pull off a miracle then Wales will certainly be underdogs in the final. But it's a final, anything can happen.

I honestly hope Wales do win it. They are the exact opposite of England - underrated players playing out of their skin rather than overrated tossers thinking they will win just by showing up.

Let's have the French rolled over by Germany and out of the tournament so we can see if there is going to be any progress with Pogba

Justice served, France cynically nobbled their opponents best player to try to win and failed, good enough for them.

Just wish Portugal had pulled it off in 90 minutes as I had a tenner on them.

Chuffed for Ronaldo, that international tournament win rightly elevates him to an all time great status now, something that Messi won't get as he's ****ing given up.

In the end the tournament fizzled out. Germany were the best team in it, still don't know how the **** France won that game but Muller had a **** tournament so that didn't help.

Glad it's over, time to enjoy the summer now. Or did I miss it as it definite looks like late autumn outside my window?

That is actually very beautiful! Players had such respect for Sir Alex. That man is definitely a legend of a kind!

Nice to see some genuine mutual respect for once - Nani too.

I was quite surprised to see the warmth with which Nani greeted him, I never thought they were particularly friendly.

When it came to le crunch, he didn't look like an 85 million pound player.

True, but then when it came to le crunch Griezmann didn't look like player of the tournament either. T'was a game when the French team collectively choked, only Lloris came out with much credit imo.
