Talisca rumours 1. he's not an elite brazil player... not even close hes played only a couple u23 games for brazil 2. the rumours and commentary says work permit already submitted for.. eh ....... hmmmmm.. 3. he's only been in portugal 2 years so prob is not got a portugese passport or residency. ergo... highly highly unlikely. if he gets a work permit for england i'll be surprised.
