Hull City Keen On Papy Djilobodji please log in to view this image Senegalese defender Papy Djilobodji is on the radar of newly-promoted Premier League side Hull City, according to Foot Mercato. The 27-year-old struggled to settle down at his parent club Chelsea, but spent the second half of last season on loan at German club Werder Bremen. Djilobodji went on to establish himself as an important figure for Bremen and even scored the vital goal against Eintracht Frankfurt which saved his team from relegation to the second tier. As a result, Werder Bremen boss Frank Baumann has expressed a desire to keep a hold of Djilobodji, but Hull may be able to offer Chelsea more money for a permanent transfer. Talks are said to be continuing behind the scenes, with a move to the Tigers looking the most likely outcome. http://africanfootball.com//news/633008/Hull-City-keen-on-Papy-Djilobodji?

Transfer Centre Live @TransferCentreL Burnley, Sheffield Wednesday and Hull City are all interested in signing West Brom winger Callum McManaman.
Bearing in mind that we have 2 already, I think 5 would be overkill and would result in some getting pissed off at a lack of game time.
Surely if we go to a back 3, Maguire-Daws-Davies is the preferred set up, so any CB coming in on loan would be an odd move, unless we're really not keen on Maguire, in which case I feel sorry for the lad and hope we just sell him.
Diomandé has yet to show anything, I don't think he can demand playing time. It took me a while to even remember who the second striker was.
If we go to a back three, then we'd need another centre back, as you need more than one spare and if we really are in for Djilobodji, it won't be on loan.
Can we please stop having Hull City transfer related news on the Hull City transfer thread? It's almost too much.
