The country has many different people in it and of course many different views. I'm sure some people vote for reasons most people would find unacceptable. Both sides could find such people on the other side. I don't see that it is logical to dismiss a vote because you don't like the views of a small minority.

It is a citizens democratic right not to vote if they dont wish to for whatever reason. People can have a say now but it not acceptable to want another referendum because they didnt vote in the first referendum.

Something along the lines of "younger people have their whole future and therefore should be able to decide it rather than the older generation who will be dead soon" I've heard that ****e on other things like prioritising treatment in the NHS.
