I've voted for Hoddle too. Good coach and decent man management too. Yes as long as he keeps his trap shut about religion, disability and faith healing and doesn't bring David Icke in as his no2
Hoddle's man management is reportedly bad. There were issues with him falling out with players at chelsea, England, spurs and wolves. He was or is a very good coach apparently but it was his man management issues that killed his career

Bilic or Klinsmann for me. Both got the kind of energy needed to bring the best out of a very talented group of players. These players go toe to toe with some top end foreign players in the world on a weekly basis in the PL. I don't buy it that they are ****, the odd one, but not the majority.

Guus hiddink would be a great choice
No he wouldn't be, not because it is a poisoned chalice.
Coz, it is Gus!!
His two major accomplishments - 2002 Korean WC run (scandalous allegedly) & our FA cup win (team which Avram took to CL final).
Gus is always called as 'Lucky Gus' by his countrymen for a reason.
Gus was probably a better man manager - but the way he lost us 4th spot this season by mis-management is ridiculous.

TBH - Arsene would be great. May not win majors - but will guarantee Semifinals (4th spot) in all the majors.

His international record is not bad got both south Korea and Russia to semi finals of major tournaments also got Australia out of there group at a world cup

Russia 2008 squad was one of the best. Arshavin had a blinder.
I don't know, may be Gus was decent enough. 'Was' is the key.

He was shambles last few years with Holland. May be he lost it just like his countrymen Louis Van Gaal??

Well LvG is available - can be good fit for England.

England wouldn't lose the 3rd place playoff under Wenger, If there's one thing Arsenal can do it's perform once the pressures off <whistle>

He won the CL with PSV in 1988. Got to WC semi in 1998 too with Holland I think. Won shedloads of titles with PSV over 2 spells and got them to 2006 CL semi final

Is Chris Coleman not an option? He seems to actually know what he's doing.

Why the **** did we appoint that dozy old prat Roy "the gentleman" Hodgson again?

The next appointment will no doubt be just as un-inspiried.

I wish I could say I disagree. But history says you're almost certainly right, unfortunately.

They do need somebody who can put the team spirit, and belief in themselves that Hodgson clearly couldn't.

I honestly think that I could have done a better job than Woy. That's not saying much, but it's probably true..
