    I gave you the Bournemouth manager. He is young tactically astute and has won the Championship and managed to stay in the Prem. That's something more than Pearce has ever done. Probably like the referendum you can't accept what the majority says.

    I think a no nonsense manager who the players respect (fear) and have the media under wraps is the man....Alex Ferguson would fit this better than anyone else
