Belly pork marinated in a red sauce. Then roasted.

Same as the red pork you get in a spcial chow mein or special fried rice. But a whole joint of it.

    Does it have bones?

I am very picky with fish, only buy the jars of tuna, Albacore... £2.50 per jar from Sainsbury's... I can't even look inside a tin anymore.

If I'm having a steak, I usually go for peppercorn sauce, I love it.

I don't mind Sardines... head and tail off, bones taken out... barbecued... I'd eat 20 no bother.

I think I might actually like quite a lot of fish, if I didn't have to touch it raw, or cook it, like if it was just brought to me, with a peg for my nose.

50 minutes... I'm still undecided what to eat...

    It won't be fish.

I could eat a full massive bowl of pasta, with chilli tomato sauce and king prawns, with rocket.

    Too much effort.

Well that wouldn't touch the sides, but it sounds nice... apart from the cuppa part.

Barbecued sardines are great as is any fresh fish really.

In Greece I like deep fried baitfish with a bit of oil and vinegar and a side of fries and a Greek salad. Lovely stuff.

Another favourite is king prawns with a load of garlic and chilli served in hot oil, preferably in one of those ceramic dishes with a flame underneath to keep the heat up.
