Another Eddie Howe advocate. Someone who is young, plays attacking football, tactically astute and not a ****wit or an arsecunt. He definitely gets my vote.

Every player would start with a clean slate, so those players that are only playing on reputation can get ****ed right off.

Could be a good English bet, but his lack of international experience may go against him at this stage in his career. Maybe too soon for him and someone like Dyche at Burnley, which is why Southgate must be in the driving seat. Comes across as a bit insipid at times, possibly a bit of a yes man? He'll get it.

I'd still go for someone like Simeone, Bilic or Klinsmann. Proven top level experience (play and managing), top of their game currently, respected, inspiring, take no ****.

Good evening all.

Half the squad is playing on reputation.

And I noticed Rooney has refused to retire too.

If I were the next manager, If I had to use Rooney, I would use him like Beckham post-2006, ergo as a bit part player.

You need someone from North or South America. Time and time again your teams seem to show up and just expect to win games. You need a coach that inspires players under them. Someone who shows the type of passion that your players seem to be lacking lately. Miguel Herrera would be good for you, but there are a lot of people you could choose from.
haha, I guess I am not the only one who thinks you should get Miguel Herrera as your manager. There is a tumblr set up for it already called Miguel Herrera for England.
