That's no doubt true, but the only thing Corbyn had going for him was that he's a principled man and he hasn't even got that now.

No its not. Half the shadow cabinet have resigned to ensure Labour cannot demand the will of the people should be respected and Article 50 invoked. Benn and his followers will do everything they can to keep the UK in the EU, together with the majority of the Tory MPs. After all New Labour was only a pale pink version of the Tory Party.

A new leader will be appointed and will invoke Article 50 when we're good and ready, there's not going to be second referendum (unless the EU offer us a new deal to stay), there's not going to be a ku de ta, we're just going to have to make the best of it now.

The Labour Party can't demand anything.

The Labour Party can, very easily. You're slipping.

Just like the council are going to cancel the lease on the Airco?

You love these convoluted potential scenarios, but they never happen.

    Agreed.

What i find annoying the way all parts of the press keep saying London is REMAIN. There was still over 45% in most area of London wanted to leave but thats not mentioned. Its implied as though it was 100% remain.

There is no need for a coup d'état we will have a new Prime Minister and government by October. Parliament will then consider the petition which may well have 5 or 6 million signatures by then. The UK could be on the brink of breaking up. All good reasons for a second referendum.

The electorate made their choice based on a series of lies and scare stories and in essence that is not too different normal elections, but I would suggest this is why so many people are aggrieved by the result. Tomorrow morning may bring further financial shocks. At the moment the pound is continuing to drop in value = to 0.98 Euros. Where the hell is the chancellor at the moment?

I assume the don't knows indicated that was how they felt by not voting. Along with the lazy sods who couldn't be bothered as it required a slight effort. No doubt a lot of the latter will be those same ones signing online petitions as their years of laying about voting on Big Brother, X Factor has made them think that the only way you should vote is whilst sat on your arse at home.

Yes, the lies and scare stories of the Remain campaign didn't work. When is WW3 going to start then?

The council don't have a lease on the Airco. They could have cancelled the lease with the SMC for the Airco and the KC. Instead they went for a half hearted legal challenge and got the result they wanted. Brady et al are afraid of the Allams, as you'll have sensed when you met them.

I can demand a free Porsche and its running costs and a direct supply of a nice, cool, draught beer to my house. Whether I get them is, of course, a different matter

The exchange rates haven't moved much at all, the dollar rate is a few percentage points down and the Euro has barely moved at all, so far we've got off very lightly.

Osbourne is busy packing his bags.
