    SOLSTICE SON 16/1 Uttoxeter 3.30
Been told by people in the know that the yard think there is more to come and that they expect to make the frame.

Just passing it on and I won't be on to apologise later if it doesn't happen.

I think Pacha Du Polder is very interesting in the 3.30 at Uttoxeter, coming back to handicap chasing after more than 2 years in Hunter Chases. Carrying just 10 stone today (and just 2lbs out of the handicap) off a mark of 136, he will be thinking "bloody hell, where's that 2 stone in weight gone?" at the start before pinging his way around under STD. 9/1 still available this morning but I can see him being well supported throughout the day and going off shorter. Track, going and trip all look fine for him and I think he has a huge chance.

So Ive done Mr Hughes 3 out of 4 left out Mr Syntax and the 3 at uttox.
On the footy the rather obvious France Germany and Belgium treble at 3/1 and the same teams all minus a goal!

4:55 curragh - desert law 7/1. A race which usually goes the way of an english raider. Desert law was 3rd in this last year so will take a chance that he can do a bit better this year.

Can someone explain what these goal line refs are supposed to be doing? From what I've seen of the Euros I haven't seen a single decision made by them which has positively impacted the game and aided the 3 regular on field officials. Just before the French winner there was a clear corner to ROI which the ref gave as a goal kick. The goal line official could clearly see the huge deflection where the ref was unsighted yet did nothing. Nice earner and a great view of the game for doing f' all.

Likewise when that goalkeeper was about 3 metres off his line when saving a penalty the other day (Austria miss I think)

Well this guy is an elected politician down there too, which is the worrying bit!

Social media is very much a double edged sword isn't it. Some very dubious characters with frankly scary views roaming round out there, particularly after this referendum!
