I can't believe, after 8 wasted years of the blond buffoon consistently failing the people of London, that anyone is still fooled by Boris' phony charm. But people are still taken on by him.

Agree about Gove. And as for Farage...he's the absolute personification of meaness of spirit.

Voted by post last week as I'm back from holiday late tonight - let's hope the country see sense and we can return to normal.

This referendum has been a needless opening of a Pandora's Box of all of the country's worst attitudes (from both sides, but mostly Leave), and it will be difficult for things to be forgotten whatever the result.

I just hope that anyone who can vote , does vote , too many people simply cannot be bothered . IMHO it should be a legal requirement to vote .

Right, off to vote and I haven't had breakfast yet. Full English or continental?

My local cafe is owned and run by a Greek family. They do the best cup of tea in North London, thank god for immigration. I'm in.

I've just done someone terrible. In slow traffic in Westerham, I nodded to a man to cross the road. It was Nigel Farage! He went into the Butchers!

It should never be made legal to vote!

We are part of a democracy and every person has the choice or right to vote if they want to vote or not.

Lets hope that there is a good turnout, but if not we can only blame the government for making a complete shambles of this whole referendum!

What?! The only night he could have dinner with his son was the night of his last chance to have a major discussion (grilling) on the vote? Where's his son? Jail? Outer *****lia?

Why are people moaning about Farage choosing to spend time with his family instead of being on the Paxman thing? You've all moaned all year (decade) about him getting airtime. You've all moaned for a year (decade) about anything he says.

Are you all moaning because you won't be able to shout at your screen?

No - to be honest, I wouldn't have watched it anyway! I'm moaning about his excuse - if his son or any family member had been ill then I could understand it and sympathise, but to pull out of the debate to have dinner with his son who I would imagine he could see over the weekend, or next week or in two weeks time... it seems a very flimsy and pathetic reason. From reading that article, his son works in the City, not New York, not Australia, not China - surely it's not that difficult to get together some other time?
