I don't know. I'm going to admit to being rather ignorant of the Zika Virus. I know it affects the unborn foetus and causes birth defects, but that's the sum of my knowledge. Oh, it's prevalent in the southern-hemisphere. That's about it.

Just going off to sleep. Nice lightning over the South-East area. We've had a sprinkling of rain but no deluge. Someone told me we were going to get two months rain in the next 24 hours. And that was said to me about 14 hours ago. In which case were in for the mother and father of all downpours in the next 10 hours, if that's going to take place, I don't think.! Nice roll of thunder there. Night.
A week last Sunday, we had a flash storm for one hour. My utility room flooded. Never happened before. That was the evening before I flew to Asia; great timing. Instead of last minute checks on work and packing I was scooping water out
Have spent half of the night up with my dog who's scared of thunder. I'm sure one day he's just going to have a heart attack. More due this afternoon.
