Martial's correct pronunciation has ruined a lot of potential jokes. Custard was photoshopping his picture in a Judge Dredd outfit and the strapline Martial Law until he heard the name and it wrecked his best material!

i'm assuming he won't want to go back to being a waiter/bricky/lorry drive and he'll just be doing **** all except having fun so that over the next 30 years cause he'll die at 65 after the partying. That means he'll only have 4.8 grand a week to spend and thats before he's bought his house and his fancy cars, his missus buying all her designer **** and sent his children to private school and ****.

Thinking about it, thats quite a bit but he ain't throwing his massive parties and **** and buying a new car every 3 years.

**** it for the record for a 50% wage increase at 120k i'd leave my club to do the same job. That 120k would mean he'd have another 2grand a week to spend for the rest of his life.

As for people saying Arsenal could sell him, Vardy doesn't have to move, he could sit there like winston bogarde or adebayor collecting his wages

According to reports, Vardy will choose to stay with Leicester and take £100k deal over Arsenal's £120k. Like some have been saying, there is little difference between £100k and £120k a week. So there has to be more to the proposition than just more money.

So he's successfully held them to ransom to get a pay rise which is what always seemed like was happening from the start. They better get used to it.

They're going to have to pay Kante a record PL salary to hold onto him!

I don't think that's a fair assessment of the situation. There is genuine demand for him to get higher salary. Not the type of sht that Spanish players generally do to get more money. Besides, he is still taking 20% less than Arsenal offered.
 
I know it's pre-season etc, but I've been impressed by him thus far, he's quick and strong as well.
