England star Jamie Vardy is feared more than Harry Kane at Euro 2016, says Ronald Koeman
“Jamie Vardy is a real goal-scorer,” Koeman wrote in his column for the
Mirror. “I think opponents in these Euros are more afraid of Vardy at the moment than Kane. After helping Leicester win the Premier League he’s in one of those rich seams of form where he believes he’ll score a goal whenever he plays.
“And England’s other sub Sturridge has a lot of creativity in his game as well as an obvious eye for a goal. I appreciate England need to look at how Slovakia will set up before they finalise their own attacking options but Vardy and Sturridge must have forced themselves into the first team reckoning.”
