On a side note. I've had a nice munch and plenty cold drinks...got this thing for Old Jamaican fizzy soda. Couple of hours in the freezer before consuming..nice.

Now just having my zoot like a boss..day 7 down.

Is the use of drugs acceptable according to the rules of the Quran?

Not being religious, and being of the opinion that if there is a god it's having a bit of a giggle at our expense, I do get confused as to what certain religions are and aren't allowed to do.

Anything that makes you lose self control and lose your inhibitions e.g alcohol, drugs and other substances is not allowed.

Probably not would be the answer due to the fact that anything bad for the body is frowned upon. However there is nothing in the Quran that forbids it as openly as alcohol is forbidden.

Anyway I like a zoot, I don't believe in a god that's as rigid as some of his followers tend to be.
