It may well be a bit safer in the NE without it but will you miss playing Newcastle next season?

I've only ever met one Sunderland supporter in real life and he was a nice fella, met a few Newcastle fans out in Holyhead one night and they were not so nice and looking to kick off.

So anyway would you rather be in the same league and play them or are you enjoying their drop in fortune too much?

We had two decades of them looking down on us taking the piss as we yoyo'd continuously and about 3 decades of them dominating us in derbies. **** em. It's their turn.

Although some of us Sunderland A.F.C. fans are 'not so nice' we have a reputation for being nice/friendly/well behaved, and, although a lot of their fans are lovely lads, they have a reputation for causing/wanting to cause trouble wherever they go, unfortunately :emoticon-0101-sadsm

I'd rather not have the hassle of being in the same league as them, unless they're in The Premier League, of course, because of the aforementioned arseholeness of an awful lot of them :emoticon-0100-smile
Most of us have mates of 'the opposite persuasion' and I feel for the good-uns (some of them on here) but I'm happy that the 'derby day' stress will not apply next season <cheers> . . . . not because I'm 'enjoying their drop in fortune too much' :emoticon-0148-yes:
