Because that 20 games a season could help you push top four or a cup. That 38 game a season man is where we are going wrong as they are generally average at best and get us no where. Well they do 8th!!
That's true of an impact player - a striker or a creative midfielder - but not so much with a defender. A solid defence that knows each other will be more effective than one that has to chop and change all the time through injury.

I think we need to take a breath here and look back at Agger really.

I am sorry but ANY player injured so much cannot ever be really fit and up to speed

Sturridge for example was held back by Klopp for 2 full months training ing to actually be fit.

I saw Agger come back time and again and be really rusty and unable to get about.. sorry but that's just not good enough.

38 game players are average... what????

It's 2 games a week in international, European and domestic football that knackered torres and gerrard.

Suarez
Hyppia
Finnan
Carragher
Alonso (when filth like Lampard isn't ankle breaking)
Mascherano

The list could gonly on and on of quality guys we relied on to be fit.

I'd contend that of rafa had 4 strikers like we do now in 2007 and 2008 and could rest a gerrard and torres they'd be 38 game a season men too.

Look at Chelsea. Willian. Hazard. Matic. Terry. Aspe, all week in week out quality.

Sick notes are all well and good if you are willing to carry them 5 games to get up to speed but not for me thanks.

All true.

Partnerships and drilled team structure take time.

Lfc after this coming presEason will be utterly transformed.

You really think so?

I do, we need a pre season with Klopp

You thinkwill makebig difference?

I do

I just dont know when you're being serious

I have been messing lately but you should be able to tell that that was a serious comment.

If you've watched the drills klopp does and add in 3 sessions per day. Well... I'd just like us to have a couple players in more but I think we will be ready on the opening day.

Well given he foolishly posed in lfc kit at least he's consistent.

The Watford owners are arseholes so we will struggle to get this done.

They want sinclair for free and we sent it to tribunal and so they take it personally.

there is that no question.

I think dahoud is the next kante and is 5 foot 9 inch so well.... he is a ball recovery machine.

what you need is everyone else to be big.

eg. matip, Tah hector.. 6'2 min there... can is reasonbaly tall 6'1"..

Being serious for a moment klopp has had lots of midgets, in the right areas like gotze, rues, mikhitaryan but he's got the big mean there too.
