I was gutted when the lad left.. Was unlucky with injuries but couldn't fault the guys commitment to the club.. Classy guy on and off the pitch.. Good luck to him in the future.. YNWA Daniel!
Couldn't fault his heart and sad that injury didn't allow him to display everything he could be often enough on the pitch. Good luck with the boredom tattoos and golf lol
If it wasn't for his injuries, he would have been the best defender at the club since Hansen IMO. That, combined with his loyalty and love for the club - great player and servant. Shame we didn't just keep him at the club for longer.
Really really shame. but I think he was a great guy and i hope he comes back and lives in the area and gets a heros welcome at anfield. brilliant yuong player.
Could have been a great player but never reached his potential in my opinion. Even ignoring his injuries, he was never great at marking forwards from crosses, often ball watching and losing his man, and he'd often go to ground easily when tackling rather than staying on his feet. Saying that, seemed like he genuinely loved the club and the fact he moved to Brondby afterwards shows he wasn't just after the money either. Still young which is a shame.
Yep, my sister's an alchy and (though she'll murder me for saying this) he was attending AA for @ three months when he was out with an unspecified 'injury'. Great pity - he really did have talent.
