Liverpool have agreed terms with Porto to sign 26-year-old Mexico midfielder Hector Herrera, who is part-owned by Pachuca. (Fox Sports via Daily Express) Everton poised to confirm new manager Ronald Koeman after wrangle over Southampton stars following him to Goodison Virgil van Dijk and James Ward-Prowse are potential targets for the Dutchman but Saints are desperate to avoid yet another summer exodus by key players
Read on BBC Sport Gossip that Klopp is keen on bringing back Nuri Sahin. We had him on loan from Real Madrid during Rodger's first season. Sahin now plays for Klopp's ex club Borussia Dortmund. He seemed unsettled when with us before. I hope things will be better 2nd time around.
Saints were not aware that Ronald Koeman is going to take them to Europe, so they cannot extend his contract. 40 points was their agenda at the begining of the season !.
I think sahin has eyes on another move but i felt he also said WTF when rodgers played him DCM, CM and ACM. he was not committed to his loan and ****ed off but really didn't exactly do anything for the last two years... I think he is using us to get a different move.. getting his name out there. I'd be surprised if it comes off. However if it does if he goes ofr anything north of 5mil i'd be shocked.
http://www.thisisanfield.com/2016/0...-higuains-agent-amid-talk-liverpool-transfer/ shcoking stuff. klopp sits with agent, leaves when higuin is taken of for Argentina.. stretched.
I'd take Sahin. His issue before was Rodgers testing him as an AM. Rodgers admitted it was an experiment. Sitting deep next to Can he could be good.
makes sense to me but he did flop at dortmund last two years he's 27, he can't cost more than 5 mil... why did he play so few games last year? he missed a year for what was described as a "tendon injury" a ruptured ankle tendon apparently. So.. is he fit now? I dunno... 5mil? thats cheap as **** in this day and age.
The Sahin that left Dortmund for Real a few years ago, yes, I'd take him but the current, more injury prone, one being kept out of the side by a 20 year old.. Not so sure its a case of, he'll only cost 3-5mil.. Its, is he currently better than what we have if not, no thanks and move on..
Nothing wrong with Stewart as long as we have a first team player to look after him and bring him along, no point binning him for a tubby Turk who's not been any good for 3 years.
