Maybe they build affordable buyout clauses in because they don't want to force players to stay if they really want to leave.
The clause may be designed to allow them to buy a replacement who actually wants to be there and, at the same time stop them from having a smacked arse around the club because nobody can afford him.
Or.... they'd no idea they would win a title and have anyone else wanting these lads as 20mil bargains.

Great deal cos with respect to the guys skills he's a lazy sod with little pace and will bench rashford.
He's kind of an old kane. Really good in the box and a finisher but would take run away from anyone.
So we will see how he goes. His record is phenomenal but we have to question the French league compared to the cl he got 38 in France in 31 game and 5 in 10 games in cl.
He's deffo worth a year.
