66 has always been the monkey on the back of England teams ever since, if they'd have got the 2nd WC in mexico 70 the teams down the years since wouldn't have had a nation and a the hatchet men in the press on their backs to win every tournament they qualify for.

Should be a great atmosphere, mate. Regardless of the results I think Rep of Ireland, Northern Ireland & Wales fans will enjoy themselves. None of us are really expected to do anything so we might as well make the most of it and enjoy it because it might not happen for another 58 years!!
Yeah he did, but with Roonaldo, Kane, Vardy, Sturridge and a few goalscoring midfielder it shouldnt have been down to a defender to do the honours against a 10 man opposition.
