Ron's an ambitious guy and Everton are willing to back any new manager heavily in the market. I don't feel like we'd offer anything close to what Everton are in terms of wages & transfer budget.

He's going. Face it and just move on.

Moyes will do okay for you, stop with the pessimism. Be optimistic like Tobes <ok>

Wouldn't be surprised if he does go, but I can guarantee if he does - Moyes won't even be on the clubs radar as a replacement.

I asked him about Emery supposedly turning us down and he said that's not happened to his knowledge

He did confirm that we have met with Koemans agent this afternoon though.

He is still of the opinion that Emery will take the job mate.

I have read elsewhere his agent isn't even in the uk..........don't know myself.

Whatever will be will be.
Tobes, with all due respect, you are an unknown commodity (to me at least), with regards to being reliably ITK.
Care to name your source or indicate how he would be privy to such information, about Koeman's agent meeting with Everton?

What I can't grasp is that for two years Koeman has given countless interviews in which he has been brutally honest, and most/all Saints fans see him as being an extremely honourable man and we expect him to at least honour the last year of his current contract.
If, as you claim, his agent has met, today, with EFC officials, you are effectively saying he is not the honourable person we think he is.
Maybe we're just too trusting and gullible.

IMHO . RK will say to saints he will not extend but will see the year out . If Saints have said " Ronald if you don't sign an extension we will look for another manager now " then piss poor from us . I HOPE RK stays for the next year & Saints honour that as well , it gives us a whole year to look for a replacement !
