Since we're all adults (presumably) and we all come on this site for fun (presumably), you wouldn't have thought there'd be a need for a written contract.


That's a big presumption in this case!...

Last for me .
Given the history of HAIG and Piskie you would be a fool not to have the rules in stone before the start .
Piskie would be no different within the rules if he lost .
I like Piskie more than HAIG , not that I dislike HAIG .
After this , I respect HAIG more than Piskie , not that I don't respect Piskie .
" Calling In " Favours from supermods and wanting " Board Votes " stinks in my books .
Good luck getting a fair result within obscure rules .

TBH, mate, I couldn't give a toss. It's like being back in the school playground!..

I was exaggerating mate. Five lines or five hundred pages, it matters not. A bet was made and he lost. It's one month of avatar, in the grand scheme of things, who really gives a ****?

Any attempt of a so-called loop hole will be far worse than a month with a avatar you don't want, the main novelty of which will wear off with a couple of days.

Basically, there isn't a big deal to be made. HIAG knows the score and he'll do what he does. Everyone else will react accordingly, a situation HIAG will be absolutely loving.

Actually mate, both the vote and the supermods intervention in case the loser bottled it are Luvy's rules not mine <ok>

Exactly, going into hiding will have far worse consequences than simply posting with the avatar.

HIAG loves the attention, positive or negative. I enjoy taking the piss out of him. Seems it's everybody else who's getting their knickers in a twist about it <whistle>

Anyway, back to the Avatar nominations. Despite being allowed in the rules, this one doesn't have any players in the background neither has it been photoshopped, It's the kindest one I can offer HIAG :)

Let me state this again, so that we are all clear.

I fully intend to honour the bet. I will carry whichever avatar Luvvy chooses (it being one of Tony Adams only). I will carry that avatar for the first month of the season. The super mods will be able to check whether or not I have changed my avatar.

Whether I post or not is not part of the bet. I tried to change the rules, before the wager closed, to make sure that the loser not only changed his avatar but also posted for a set number of times. Pixie complained, and Luvvy rejected that rule change.

Therefore, as things stand, it is not part of the wager that I have to post at all during that month.

Pixie, you cannot have your cake and eat it, mate. If the super mods want to make an example of anyone for "bottling it" they should rain down their wrath on you!

I will play 100% in accordance with the rules of the wager as they stood at the time the wager closed.
