If the soon to be new Man United manager had stayed in charge of Chelsea he would have pushed them close to relegation. That's with millions spent building his own team. We will judge Klopp after he gets to bring his own players in.
Klopp had his own players at Dortmund and still managed to push them close to relegation.
Think he was far lower than that, fortunately for him he was given time to recover, Maureen was not.Oh, so now 7th is 'close to relegation'
The fact is they both had 1st and 2nd placed teams flirting with the relegation zone after quite a few games.

This year was all about the cups.
Next year is the league
I posted this in the PL board a little while ago... we all agreed that each year, 4 teams would concentrate on the league (this year it was Leicester, Spurs, Arsenal & City) while other concentrate on Europe... and then next year we swap it round so the top 4 will be Us, Saints, Hammers & maybe a fight between you and Everton while the other 4 concentrate on the cups.

Well according to Tobes, Everton weren't close to relegation this year when finishing 11th so
