He treats each game a seperate project and is not concerned about the next game. He only has his attention on 1 game at a time. I know its a cliche but he actually does this. He looks for the oppositions weaknesses and sets up to attack that. So 1 game could be 352 and the next could be 442. Quite often he changes formation throughout the game too. So a player could get man of the match and scored the winner but the next game could be on the bench because the next game is a different project and the manager may think a different player would hit the next opposition weaknesses better. Sometimes the manager has used all 3 subs before half time if ne needs to change things. He doesnt see the point in waiting until 60 minutes to change things when he can see after 20 minutes that something needs changing. Also he will go for a win and is happy to put 3 or 4 up front when its level.

As a result of doing this, he has a win percentage over 50% and has drawn more than he has lost.

Very methodical and simplistic tbf Jack. <ok>

All due respect to this fella but let's look at it for what it is.

With all the available proven coaches at championship and above level Cellino is yet again scraping the barrel to find someone who has no experience and two years ago was none league. This bloke is just another hockaday.

Cellino is trying to run our club on cheap third rate players and managers... Good luck to those of you that have renewed season tickets it's going to be another **** year. If anyone thinks cook and the other better players are going to let an amateur wreck their careers think again... If this appointment happens they will all go.

**** me more posts from Millwall fans in here than their own board <laugh>

<whistle>

our season hasnt finished theirs finished at christmas and looking like they want it to finish even earlier next season <laugh>
this is cellinos ideal of how to get them out of the championship and personally i think he will succeed <whistle>

I'd be happy with Clarke, granted its not a popular choice with Pearson still on the market but he obviously has something about him and he is young and hungry for it. Calls that he is another Hockaday are way off the mark.

Hopefully he won't come so we never have to find out!

Like I said, he sounds like my type of coach and has mine, and many other Leeds fans way of thinking however, championship is a different proposition all together

If you lose him, sorry we nicked him, but our need is greater....:emoticon-0148-yes:
