By no means am I condoning it, wouldn't dream of doing that, but there are investigations ongoing and they'll sort it out, or they ought to.
 
You can't take that away from hibs players. They earnt that cup fair and square. Its their fans who are in the wrong not them.

Credit where its due.

If you put 2k fans with 8k fans with no cordon then you are culpable.

If you INVADE the pitch and beat up players and staff and force the medals to be given in dressing room as its unsafe to go back out it is NOT the same thing at all

Hibs fans disgraced themselves. Hibs should be severely punished or frankly what precedent does it set.

Did Leicester fans invade thier ground at end of everton game?

No.


We've seen west ham fans ruin their clubs celebration s recently.

Now hibs fans act like animals north of border.

Both need to be severely dealt with imo.

There's no excuse for acting like scum cos you ate "CELEBRATING"

As I said they deserve no credit... why should any SAFE reporter even write about the match. They should just be writing about the post match disaster zone.

i do think sometimes though GREAT CLUBS nearly always can misbehave the only big london club who seem to have perfectly behaved fans are arsenal
TOTTENHAL ,WEST HAM CHELSEA, MILLWALL ,THESE FOUR CLUBS CAN BE A NIGHTMARE IM NOW HEARING THAT
POOR BRADFORD DIDNT EVEN TURN UP AT THE MILLWALL GAME EVEN THOUGH ITS THE BEST POLICED GROUND IN THE COUNTRY

After all fans and club should not be separated should they.... fans should be the club even in the days of tv money

Nah. This is bollocks with a flake on top, mito.
Under any circumstances, not just football, the only people to be punished for a crime or misdemeanour are those directly involved in promoting it or carrying it out.
If you were at a game and those around you were tearing up seats and lobbing stuff around would that mean you were equally culpable? No more than if you were in a shop and someone next to you was stuffing things in their pockets.
Making people guilty through association or proximity is absurd and extreme.
A club can sometimes be punished for failing to take adequate measures to control its fans, but that doesn't mean the players should be denied their achievements.

I'd be raging and expect next time not to have such nice seats as a result of their actions.

Oh and you lot seem to think I said take cup off them... I've repeated twice.... deserve no credit for it.. That's what I said.

Nobody should be talking fairy tale here or how long it's taken they should be talking how disgraceful it was. That's what I said 3 times.

But still .... hibs should be punished....why? It wasn't 5 lads on a binge there was literally 1000s of them invading the pitch


so if fans ain't part of the club we might as well close anfield, move to London and build a new stadium there so the rich players can have higher class coke n hookers so we can get the players in....

Not arguing with you, MITO. All I know is it's an allegation they beat up the players and for all I know it hasn't been proven they did. When it's proven after statements from the players and they can come up with the evidence that's fair do's. Perhaps it was filmed by a press photographer or telly camera man, I dunno.

Just make them play behind closed doors for X amount of games, or next time they are in a cup final, reduce their allocation etc.

I see rangers were out day after condemning both hibs and Scottish fa for not doing likewise to these actions.

Obviously there a huge carpet lifting excerise with the Scottish fa holding the broom.

The only way to stop it in my view is make the punishment make those who stand by stop standing by.

Remember it might be only 20 west ham idiots max who threw stuff at the manc bus but thousands stood by and cheered or covered for them.

same here. 1000s of hibs fans invaded the pitch when every one of them knew form every game they were ever at that they are not allowed to, this then covered and allowed for idiots to physically attack players and from what it sounds like the ref had to protect one player. the reality check is there was enough in the pitch invasion on its own to have a charge on hibs. add in assaults and I can see some guys getting time for their actions as they were clearly visible
