Can't say the way LVG is being dumped is very classy eh? I can't say I'm convinced that Maureen is capable of taking over a team needing work either tbh? He takes over teams of stars wins some stuff and buggers off... That will only end in tears imo?.

Van Gaal seems the type to speak his mind no matter what, will be interesting to hear/read his view on whether he thinks the club conspired behind his back to sort a contract, targets etc out with Maureen while he was still manager, he said a few months ago he'd spoken to Maureen and the Portugueezer assured him he had not spoken to Utd.
But he will be sitting on a recliner next to his swimming pool with a margarita in his hand next week on his island paradise with a few million quid extra in the bank.<laugh>

More a case of....laughter and disgust at the continuing pantomime and the treatment of a respected elder statesman of the game.:emoticon-0103-cool:

It's probably the nicest sacking he's experienced. I know you all wanted him to stay. Are you afraid of Jose's blitzkrieg? Next year is ours :bandit:

Jose took a team of champions to the relegation zone, so why would we fear what he'll do with a 5th placed Thursday night cup team.<whistle>

That was his way of getting out of chavbus. Who wouldnt want to leave that ****hole. Remember Man United is his 'dream job'. I fully expect him to send Pep, Conte and Kloppyflop packing.

"Look Sir Alex I've won the FA Cup, and next season we shall be champions of the Premier League"

"That's what you think my old Dutch, we've already put Jose's name on your former office door tee hee"

Desperate <laugh>

For the hard of thinking..

10 seasons - 1 pot - a decade

It matters not Tobes, but during the last decade we almost went into liquidation, the fact that the club came back with enough financial power to spend so much speaks volumes for the clubs strength rather than the inability of the committee/and former managers who bought many crap players with those funds.:emoticon-0165-muscl

Maureen will spend another £300 million this summer.

This has been quoted so often it has now become a truth on this board <laugh>
£250mil is a **** lot of money, why try to enhance it and just look silly?

So are you saying he hasn't spent in excess of £250m Diego?

Remember that net spend figures aren't allowed(united fans constantly tell us)

Wonder what the net spend figure is of the £600m were supposed to have spent in the last decade, probably almost half.:)

did you read what I posted? I said another £300 mill. I haven't "enhanced" anything.

The figure most news outlets use is "around" £250m, that is a lot of money so no real need to stretch it to £300m and make yourself look bitter/stupid :emoticon-0100-smile

Another would suggest we have already spent that amount, to say extra or further would be more appropriate <ok>

Looking at our squad and thinking we would need to spend that much to make it work, how much do you expect Liverpool to spend to make you competitive again?

I don't give a **** what United spent. We won the FA Cup yesterday and it was fanfuckingtastic. I don't know what Liverpool spent but I do know they won **** all this season. I'm currently a happy Stan.
