I have a theory. There is no ****ing correlation whatsoever between the population of a town or city, and the average gates of their football teams.

My thoughts precisely. The idea that suddenly buyers flock in once the club costs £150m more to buy is just ridiculous.

    Totally agree with every word.
Some fans seem to be in a downward spiral of depression.
Lets hope the potential new owners dont see this us a big negative and think twice about buying.
Could be a self fulfilling prophecy.

If you want to go simon then you should go

I will be at the final but i wont be at the kcom next season or untill concessions come back.

Youv earned the right to be at the final for sure.

Proud of you for not going next season.

    Much respect.

Dont let ESCAB keep you from going to final if you want to go.

In the championship not very much, that's why the Allams won't / can't sell unless they write off loads of debt.

In the premiership quite a lot more but the risk of relegation will put buyers off paying such a high price, and the money just for being there will stop the Allams selling.

Any new potential owner will be looking at one thing - SKY TV money.
    Our attendances are completely inconsequential.
We don't own our ground, we don't have any assets.
ITS JUST THE SKY TV MONEY - and the prestige of owning a club, boys and their toys.

Where's the prestige owning a tin pot club that struggles to take 20k to Wembley?

Never thought the views were anything to do with Simon. I thought they were his jacket's views.

As well as the current disgruntlement, you also have to factor in this will be our fourth time in eight years to Wembley.
Some people and families simply wont be able to afford several hundred pounds at such short notice.
Its not all about people boycotting, economics does come into it.
First time around people would sacrifice their holiday money or borrow it on credit cards, or wherever, just because they never thought they would see Hull City at Wembley.

Sorry but other clubs wouldn't have had a problem. It is more to do,with the negativity surrounding the club. Which was caused by the owners.

Wasn't taking the piss, seriously. I admire your stand. Principles & values are what makes the man.

It was a joke based around the chances of you buying a ticket today or tomorrow at almost nil.

Let's see how the ticket sales go tomorrow from 2PM. First chance this seasons boycotters will have chance to purchase.
Might be a big surge. Will they ever go on general sale, i.e. to people without customer numbers????

True, Ferriby keep getting 2000+, that's more than 50% of their population.
And they are only non league.
We should be getting at least 150,000 at the KCON, and no wonder West Ham are moving to their 3,000,000 capacity stadium

The only one in a tax payer funded stadium, yes. (which will be **** for football by the way, too gentle an angle)

No one has any real idea- they could go either way.
My personal feeling: the family have had enough, uncomfortable in the unblinking glare, don't like being vilified, point proven, no real enthusiasm left as too many enemies. Looking to get as much $ as they can then raus*
(* - I have no evidence of any of this, just speculation)

If we go up will the Allam's be tempted to take a large part of the TV money to repay some of their loans?
Then if we go down they may be able to sell us to get the rest of the loans repaid.
If they let us compete properly will we stay up? If we do then we may be worth more and they get their loans back. That's more of a risk, though.

My honest view is they will take all the television revenue money with minimal investment in the playing squad, and say **** the lot of you, we have got our money back twice over, great long term investment. Job done. Then their gift to the community will be tossed back at us like a ****ty stick for soneone else to pick up the pieces.
