I logged on for my customer number
username and password come up automatically
I put my customer number in the ticketing site and the password was wrong so I tried every known password, none worked, clicked send reminder and I got an email saying what my password was but I'm sure it was never that and it didnt work
I'll have to phone the box office tomorrow

Did you open a ticketmaster account?
I think I know what's wrong
At the present time I can only activate my account if I'm a season ticket holder
I have to wait until they are on general sale
I put in my customer number - no H and surname but it's talking about a season ticket account

earlier I was trying to register

So they have been known to **** up yet the club chose them?
Oh, unlike you to jump in on something.

lol just kidding.

Any other suggestions of who they could have used to sell tickets for Wembley from you?

I'd suggest there are very few options, and you'd hope they can do it without a) charging a lot on top of already high prices (which I note you're not whining about yet, must be because it wasn't someone in Hull that set them) and b) providing an easy to use, reliable service that justifies the costs they charge.

I'm sure they sell tickets successfully for all sorts of other events, in this instance though, they haven't. They should be the target of peoples ire, not the club.

Unless you're just one of those minority Hull or anything around Hull City AFC hating types of course.

There appears to be quite a few that havent sold out
Derby v w Brom 2007. 75,000
Wesy ham v Blackpool 2012 78,000
Leeds v Watford 2006 64,700
Burnley v Sheff utd 2009 80,500
and quite surprising with Bolton v Preston 2001 54,000
I now forecast we'll see a pithy response from him with games that did sell out, while he ignores your list, and he'll continue to claim and think he's right.

Just a feeling in me water that.

To be honest, this sites been a life line for him after the slow death of CI.

I'm fairly certain he does actually believe he's clever, erudite and right all the time.

It's quite funny when you think about it.

Website is a shambles. Ticketmaster have bought the business without having the capacity to deliver. Their arse needs kicking.

There are other companies. The one Wednesday are using for example, which charges slightly less and was apparently recommended to them by Wembley.
Never used ticket agencies but have heard plenty of complaints from people who have used Ticketmaster.

This booking fee is a farce. Some time ago my lad asked me if I would pop into Brid Spa and get him a ticket for a band. I was surprised to find that after going down there and walking up to the box office and asking fora ticket I was asked for a booking fee for them handing a ticket over. What the **** had they done? My thoughts were the booking fee was equal to the cost of 6 tickets for the Rolling Stones when I saw them at the same venue. No booking charge then for buying a ticket at the same place. How times change. And notnforbthe better.

Hull City AFC? Mr Allam won't like that.

To be fair prior to booking fees you had to stand next to people with rickets & diphtheria.

The olden days eh, where all was well & things were far better than they are now.

Grumpy old ****.

Makes me laugh everyone moaning about the £3 booking fee, but not batting an eyelid at ticket prices up to £90 odd quid, the special Wembley offer of a bottle of budweiser and a hot dog for £10, the hotel room thats now £120 but will be £39 on Tuesday......no lets concentrate on that £3

Look after the £3s and the £120s look after themselves

Those are the prices which are charged, ridiculous though they may be. This booking fee extortion and charging far more for postage than it costs is wrong. Anyone daft enough to pay,£10 for a crap, hot dog and a bottle of Yankee piss deserves all they get.

IT was a great system. Tickets booked and paid for in a matter of minutes. Seems to me the only ones who are struggling are the ones who can't follow some simple instructions
