If this ****up is confirmed then Man Utd should cover all the travel insurance claims for the 70,000+ who had their time and money wasted.

Why didn't Woodward remember there was a training exercise a few days ago when he called the PL to cancel the game as he ran from the stadium?
So it's a fake suspect package used during a training exercise for sniffer dogs that's been left behind after the exercise had finished
