Me and 4 x 14 year old fans leaving in ten minutes.love taking them to the away games.they are the future ehab.look after them.cmon you ulllllllllll
There is speculation in this household on Harry playing as a holding midfielder and us trying to park the bus today. We'll be watching on telly, hope the team has one of their good days...
I wonder what lessons, if any, Bruce feels he learnt from the four nil at Derby. I hope it's not to go even more defensive. I think that'll just guarantee a defeat.
It all depends on the result. If we lose, the board will be full of posts saying Bruce shouldn't have been so defensive, or shouldn't have gone for it. A draw, or close win to them could work in our favour, as it would mean we've got to go for it in the second leg. I just hope the players are more up for it than fans seem to be. A couple of hours from kick off, and hardly a peep. If I was Bruce, I'd get the players to go all out attack. **** or bust, no passengers, no prisoners.
Was working near the training ground this week and could hear lots of laughing and banter coming from the squad. Diame particularly taking the piss out of Aluko. Everyone seemed to be in good spirits so lets hope we do the business today. We need Elmo and Robbo to continue providing the service from wide positions with occasional pull-backs for Snoddy and Mo to hit. Hernandez will add to his tally at some point this coming week. COME ON!!!
THIS IS THE GAME I have been waiting for all season: either the team really is a Premiership team who gave half a nod to the Championship and now when focus is everything, when objectives are stone cold clear, they will show this. OR they were a delusional bunch from the get go who got their comeuppance last season and could be thumped badly again by a lively Championship side today. .
Not sure why the Watford goal was disallowed. That's another thing to always hope for in games - a nice referee.
