Stick wirth the same team as rotherham? Me? Nah. Tom's one of the most skillful player we've ever had and if he really turns it on we'll be fine. I just dont think he will. They've got a lot of pace and will target him. He cant get across and offer support to our full backs. So Meyler comes in for me. We need to win the battle.

Mo to drop in and snuff out Hughes. Be good to see a revitalised Elmo turn it on again.

    McGregor

    Odubajo Dawson Davies Robertson

    Elmo Livermore Meyler Snodgrass

    Diame
    Hernandez

    City win 2-0

Derby has the most secure car park in the world. Safer than Fort Knox and the US Presidents Air Force 1.

Lara Croft is from Derby. (Yep, THE Lara Croft) She even has a road there named after her.

Derby holds the record for the world's biggest bowl of popcorn.

It was the birth place of the man that created the phrase and concept of "the survival of the fittest".

It's home to the UK's first purpose built basket ball arena.

Until 1977 Derby was one of the few Towns in England with a Cathedral, but no City status.

It was the first seat gained by the then newly formed Labour movement in 1900.

It is a significant cultural centre for deaf people, having three times the national average.

It is the UK's most central City.

Meyler cannot be anywhere near match fit. So would be genuinely surprised to see him start.

Meyler hasn't played for almost a month, no way should he be starting tomorrow.

I always think kick off times should be in titles.

Anyway 12.30 kick off from what I can see.

It will be the same team as Rotherham, Meyler no chance of playing from the start he hasn't played for a month.

I'd play Hayden over Meyler tomorrow if it was a choice of the two.

Can't see either playing regardless, it'll either be the same team that started vs Rotherham or Harry in for Diame.

I'd be sure of a repeat XI were it not for some of Bruce's soundbites throwing an element of doubt into my mind.

Personally don't think Harry in defensive midfield would be a good idea. Maybe in the long run but not tomorrow please.

I'm a fan of Meyler but why not play Hayden instead when they are very similar, and Meyler will not be fit?

Agree on not playing Huddlestone, but I expect we'll get the same team as Rotherham from Bruce.

Play to our strengths! Tom playing wonder passes out to elmo & snoddy is the way forward! And how many times have we seen Tom calmly find a pass when under pressure inside our own box? :emoticon-0148-yes: Staying the night in Nottingham so hopefully we'll get a welcome? <party>

Day 6 of a 7 day course for me. 12 hour days all week. Plus work in the evening. 6 hour exam at 8am tomorrow. I'll be getting updates on my phone today. Feels weird. My brain hurts too.

    Anyhoo.

For me Myler needs to play. Either first half or second. Swapping with Huddz.

Other than that, if we turn up and want it, it's a regulation 0-4. If we don't, they'll take it 4-0.

    You Ull. Up the Tigers.

3 generations of my family going today, just getting ready to leave. I hope this will still be the case next season, but if the Allam don't climb down, then certainly my son and Grandson will not be renewing,so City's lose with be Ferriby's gain.

P.S. Hopefully we will come away with a one goal advantage today.

Meyler worked his way back into the starting XI, only for a hamstring problem to keep him out of the final three league games. He says he is fit and ready for Derby after sitting out last weekend’s hammering of Rotherham “as a precaution” because there was nothing riding on the game.

Tom's had his chance against Derby and been found wanting both times. They run rings round him, image from the home defeat...

    Some inspirational quotes for today.

"It's at the borders of pain and suffering that the men are separated from the boys."

"Men, today we die a little."

    One for Meyler

"He does everything wrong but win."
