Apparently some artists are stopping Spotify from using their material because Spotify pay a miniscule amount to artists
So far they are the type of artists that want to prey on teenage fans and cannot live without another gold plated Bentley. Artists that are **** anyway and wont be missed.
they are doing it cos they want an easy route and like jay zzzzzz crating his own.. its purely down to them not wanting to actually work and tour.
Artists never really made all that much from singles and album sales anyway.
After the retailer, distributor, producers and the record company have skimmed off the top, the artist is lucky to make 10p per album sale.
If the album sells a million, the artist barely makes £100,000.
Thats why most artists, when they become successful, start their own labels, because its the only way to make real money from music production.
The real money from being a musician is in touring, and TV appearances.
One world tour can net an artist upward of £5 million if it is successful.

kids can only afford an 8gb phone. the phone companies have proved putting 128gb in the phone actually only costs a couple dollars max but they deliberately limit the size to screw people.
