I'm defending our actions, it was a one-off, not every week show of strength, against a bunch of sub-human cheating thugs in a local derby. My only problem is that none of the chavs were hurt.

... bloody hell, that's a long time to wait!... I'm sure Harry Kane appreciates the humour behind Vardy's tweet ... after all he initiated it ... and to my knowledge Vardy's sending off against West Ham was the first of his career ... so hardly the English Diego Costa ... (and I think I saw better candidates for that title last night on MOTD tbf
) ...... moving on ... in any other season I would have loved to have seen Spurs win the title and upset what had become a somewhat stagnant EPL ... you'll understand why I didn't want it this time around.
... for a club like ours this is likely to be the pinnacle of our footballing history - I can still dream - but that's what logic would suggest ... I sincerely hope that Spurs do build on what is now there and go on to win things - next season I will actually enjoy watching you play if you carry on in the same vein. I do hope that you finish second, not that I have anything against Arsenal, just that I think you do deserve to finish above them this season for purely footballing entertainment reasons.

I think in any other season all of us would have been more than happy to see Leicester win the title. If the scum had been in our position we would have all been cheering for you. Just hope that we can go one (or two) better next year. We haven't got second yet and have 2 very difficult games to go. Southampton, the hot and cold or sweet and sour team of the Prem, on their day they can beat anyone and the Toon, who may need to beat us to stay up.... Yeah, well done Leicester. Incredible achievement. Ranieri's a likeable guy so it's nice to see him win it.
I have no desire to pick over the bones of last night, whilst I understand some of the comments about standing up to Chelsea etc, I don’t like us lowering ourselves to their level and I think that these last 2 matches have shown that we were not quite ready, whereas Leicester have taken it all in their stride. So I think that the time has come to stop the seemingly endless he’s better than him and he’s dirtier than him nonsense and say that it’s been fun. Well done Leicester for winning the league and for proving that having a team with a plan and a spirit and lets not deny plenty of talent, can you take beyond the clubs that just rely on money.
So congratulations to LCFC -Premier league Champions on a job well done and I will raise glass in your honour later.
But equally let’s have a realistic look at our season (I know it’s not finished yet) but we are going to finish in the top 3 for the first time since 1986/1987 and if we had been offered that in August we would have taken that without question. Hopefully the youngest squad in the league can only get better and will have learnt valuable lessons in the run in. The 11 who have become our first choice all deserve credit, but we are lacking some quality in the back up this must be addressed in the summer for us to push on. Hopefully with more young, hungry (English?) players that will buy into the Pochettino way. But I do think that we may also need to add on old head a proven winner to help us in matches like the last 2 where I think we have lacked leaders on the pitch.

Excellent season lads - shame it had to end like it did though with the battle of Stamford Bridge. I saw Hiddink taking a nasty looking fall when it kicked off again at the end but fortunately he was alright.
You will hopefully learn from it and will be favourites next season with the big boys flashing the cash at our lads and Man City & Chelsea and very likely Man Utd & Arsenal rebuilding with new managers.

Well this certainly is interesting...both Fellaini and Huth have been charged with violent conduct and face 3 match bans. The way the media have been going on I thought Huth did absolutely nothing wrong but apparently the FA have finally called him out for the dirty **** he really is.

The bit i've highlighted really indicates your selective viewing. Huth's hair pull has received plenty more reaction from the media than the elbow, mainly down to LVGs comments.

Now that the PL title is done and dusted, this is a fantastic opportunity for the FA to set
the tone right now for what will (not) be tolerated in top flight games next season from
KO to FT.

... if that's the case Citizen ... and they do ban him ... you may find it difficult to put a full side out for the last two games ... standing on hands, gouging eyes and kicking a grounded player would suggest that Lamela, Dembele and Walker will all get the same if Huth is done for a hair tug ...
Here's a first ... I agree with you 100% .. well ... other than that Fellaini should get a harsher punishment ... he has a habit of flinging elbows and he threw a second having already freed his hair ...
100% agreed. Your two points aren't mutually exclusive - I was appalled at the conduct of my team yesterday, especially Dembele who - as one of our most experienced players and a fully capped international - really should be leading by example. He's definitely in line for a ban. Lamela would be too were it not that he did it right in front of the linesmans nose. You can only punish retrospectively for incidents that the officials didn't see. The fact that the linesman maintained it was an accident doesn't mean that I condone what Lamela did...even if it was nice to see that twat Fibreglass rolling around like the bellend he is.
The only difference I would point out - and I've no doubt you'll disagree when I say this - but in Dembele and Lamela's defense they hardly have any previous of acting the way they did. Huth by contrast has a lengthy track record spanning over a decade of elbowing, stamping, holding and barging that I am glad is finally being labelled what it is: unjustifiably provocative.

Fabregas is the ultimate football pansy, wetter than a weekend in Skegness, he really should be playing for Chelsea ladies. Pedro, like Costa and Drogba before them, is a fine footballing thespian, those three should be playing for Palladium FC.
