Anyone know if you can clock cars these days?

I've got a 15,000 miles a year allowance, I've had the car since 58 plate and done 63,000 miles already

I'm in 2 minds to take it back now, but I'll get hit with the 6p a mile charge

Anyone know if it's possible to "lose" some excess miles?
